Christmas card and menu card designs for Liverpool FC

Christmas cards…. arghh… ask any designer who works in an agency and they dread that time from September onwards when clients ask you to start thinking about how their company could be portrayed at Christmas. Fortunately with Liverpool FC there was scope to do some nice, creative work.
The first card was when Liverpool won the treble and I made snowflakes from the relevant trophies – a simplistic and clean design and one which the client really loved.
Second card is a Photoshop illustration designed by me of a church window with a stained glass window housing the club crest. Third card was based on a Christmas Carol – Christmas past being the original team that set up the club, Christmas present the current squad and Christmas future being the Academy.
The fourth card was a simple snow scene with a red LFC skyline that on closer inspection was made up of footballs not snow – for those old enough to remember this card harked back to the old Silk Cut advertisements.
Also shown are examples of the menus that appeared in the lounges at Anfield, designed with the same feel as the actual lounge designs (you can see the lounge designs here).
